Refund Process

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please initiate a return and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
